Recruiter/Head Hunter
A nursing home group is seeking a Recruiter/Human Resources in Nashville TN
Recruiter/Head Hunter Responsibilities Include:
- Source candidates for open positions through online job site and our in-house database
- Evaluate and screen resumes received
- Conduct initial phone screen with potential candidates, then facilitate resumes as needed
- Perform data entry as needed
- Perform Cold calling & Warm Calling
- Calling of multiple applicants not on file to secure new resumes
- Cold calling calling to reach potential candidates
General HR duties:
- Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
- Employee relations
- On-boarding
- Compliance
General Payroll duties:
- Time and Attendance entry
- Payroll Register Audit and Review
- Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll
Recruiter/Head Hunter Qualifications/
- Minimum of 1-year recruiting experience applicants with an administrative assistant background will be considered as well
- Self- Starter and multi-tasking
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
